Worktops, Wooden and Laminate Floors
Al Fresco has been used for kitchen worktops by some members of the Frenchic Fan Forum, but we do not actively recommend it because it is a furniture paint, and the nature of a worktop is really quite different.
You can give it a go of course, but you will need to let it cure thoroughly, and some maintenance may be required.
Perfect results are not guaranteed.
Have a play with the group search facility to see how people have got on and pictures of their results.
If using the Lazy range I would add three coats of finishing coat to give more protection.
