You do not NEED to apply Finishing Coat to either of these ranges, but if you would prefer a satin sheen then you can do so.
The only principle is to ensure that the paint is dry!
You can add Finishing Coat to Al Fresco and Lazy Range as soon as it is dry - ie 2hrs - you don't need to wait until it's initial cure (48hrs), or it's full cure (2/3wks).
Al Fresco range is a tougher finish than Finishing Coat. You will not gain a level of resistance by putting Finishing Coat over the top. It will only provide a sheen.
